Cancelation Policy

ELTC Consistency Policy for Sessions or No Cancellation Policy In order to maintain consistency and hold a regular session slot, ELTC has a ‘No cancellation policy’ for appointments. If you and your clinician specify a weekly or biweekly slot, you will be guaranteed a held therapy appointment on such day and time. If something comes up or you know you have scheduled time away, you simply reschedule that slot.
