Hello, my name is Julia.
I’m a down to Earth, client-centered nurse practitioner who enjoys adventuring and tackling new hobbies from furniture building to bathroom remodels to trying to learn piano, guitar, and the trombone! My curiosity for learning is an asset to my work as an NP… and led my wife to suggest I seek an evaluation for ADHD and later autism.
My Story
While exploring my own experiences navigating healthcare as a neurodiverse person, I recognized a need for an increased presence of neuro-informed and affirming care. This led me to seek additional training to effectively offer adult autism and ADHD evaluations for clients of Embodied Life Therapy Center. Together with each client and their clinicians, we will discuss results and if necessary, develop a treatment plan.

As a Family Nurse Practitioner with a multitude of specialized training, I am happy to work with those seeking a provider for specialized care including evaluations for adult autism and ADHD, medical management for ADHD, and evaluation and prescribing for ketamine assisted therapy. If you are looking for a neuro-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming practitioner for this specialized care, I am excited to work with you, explore your goals, and find the most appropriate path forward. I passionately believe that health is holistic and that understanding the connections between physical and mental health within one’s environment and experiences is critical to achieving the best individualized quality of life.
