Insurance
ELTC does not submit claims directly to insurance. However, we are happy to support you as an out-of-network provider by offering superbills. A superbill is an itemized receipt that includes the necessary information for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
We encourage you to check with your insurance company regarding out-of-network coverage, as reimbursement policies vary by plan.​ If you have any questions or need assistance with the superbill process, we are here to help!
Reschedule Only Policy
In order for us to be able to maintain consistency and hold a regular session slot, ELTC has a ‘reschedule only policy’ for appointments. If both client and clinician agree to a specified, recurring slot, the client will be guaranteed a permanent therapy appointment on such day and time.
